Description of Committee
Works with the Campus and Capital Planning Committee to manage the University’s involvement in the planning and execution of residential and commercial redevelopment efforts in the neighborhoods surrounding the campus. Also it manages the University’s acquisition of surrounding real estate and related development opportunities. Finally, provides counsel and direction to the Northeast Neighborhood Revitalization Organization that formally represents the University in its relationship with the revitalization of the Northeast neighborhood.
